Healthy	A society where people have good physical and mental health, and can access the information and services they need to make improvements	People receive timely, quality care in hospitals and the community People are supported to make the best decisions for their health People are enabled to lead active lifestyles
Skilled	A society that enables everyone to realise their potential through training and education	All children benefit from quality early childhood education and care All school students are supported to reach their full potential Vocational education delivers the skills that people and businesses need
