road_traffic_count_historical_stations: traffic collection stations which have previous years volume counts data
road_traffic_counts_hourly_permanent: the table provides hourly traffic count for each permanent station for current year at a daily level.
road_traffic_counts_yearly_summary: the table provides the general description of traffic station, traffic direction, date of recording and the quality of data
